Just rub a drop or two of each oil on the bottoms of your feet.  Oils work in moments not it 20-30 minutes like most over the counter meds.  Also there are no synthetics which means no side effects.

I so wish I had these at the beginning of our military life, rather than at the end.  It would have helped in all areas!  But I'm grateful I do have them. They definately help in the civillian world as well : )
